In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
would you apologize to someone that is very important to u and that you love even if you don't feel like you did something wrong, but they do
and you tried to make them understand ur point of view but they just dont get it and insist u did something wrong
and they tell u that its okay to make a mistake but u have to apologize?
would u do it?
would u do it?

Salaamu alaikum sis!!
Its a really hard thing to do, but yeah sometimes you have to. Because then you can all just MOVE ON you know. And once you are all past whatever happened everyone has happy feelings all over again. :D
Yes. I'd swallow my pride and just think okay this thing is not big or that important to me to ruin my relationship for good and inshallah if I apologize it will be written in my book of good deeds.
it depends on the situation right? Like if I know it's not going anywhere, then I might apologize, but allah a3lem if it would be sinceire or not. But If I know I am right then I'll probably fight for it. These are one of things things that you have to be in the moment to decide. But if you feel like you should apologize, even though your right, then do it. It's a humbling feeling, something the prophet would do ( I THINKKKK !)
if that will make her feel better, then yea i'll go ahead and say sorry. but definitely wont let it happen again. cos if the same thing happens, then there must be something really wrong with the otha side.
I guess it depends on what type of situation it is but i guess more than not i would, for the sake of Allah SWT. Being the better person, not keeping grudges etc...
Good question.
I would say something like I'm sorry if I offended you in any way, but I don't feel that I did anything wrong. I hope you can understand my reason (for doing such) and we can see eye to eye at some point. If we won't ever see eye to eye than I hope we can simply accept our differences and still be friends.
Hope this helps!
hurm yeah but without sincerity . happens all the time :(

I used to apologize for everything and anything just to make peace but now I don't unless I am wrong.
Yes I would! It is irrelevant who caused the problem but it takes the better goodlier one to apologize. Surely As-Sabirun are sincere in dealing with life's matters, as such are loved by Allah, and rewarded for it alike.
yes i do!
It depends how often this has happened. If you're always the one who has to apologise then that says something about the friendship.
But if this is something new and you guys mean a lot to each other, just let it slide for the sake of Allah swt =)
Hmm Im really stubborn so what I tell you now is not something I would do lol. Well with family I dont because when we argue its family and you get over it. its understood. But if with friends IDK what I would do. If theyre close and maybe they were going throug a rough time and jsut snapped at me or did something Id forgive them but if I didnt do anything at all and got blamed for something I dont think I would.
I cant really say bc I dont know the situation.. but if both of you are in the wrong then I say be the bigger person and apologize.
If it's for the sake of Islam and da'wah, then yes, why not. Saying sorry today might soften the heart of the person to be more open the next time and to think rationally and to accept which is right and which is wrong in future. then it'll become a more powerful and meaningful da'wah, Insya-Allah.
Salam bubbli,
MasyaAllah, this is my first visit here on your blog. And i have to say, this is a great blog. Much blessing and support for you.
as for you question: God knows what is best in everyone's attention; and He knows the whole truth. Even if you didn't do anything wrong, we don't know how we offended other people (even our intentions are good) and vice versa. There have been a lof of misunderstanding that leads that 'frictions' between ourselves especially with our love ones. Although, there is no harm in saying sorry for the things that we have no knowledge of hurting ones feeling...truth is we never know when we do it. it is either someone say we did, or we think we did *or not*. For the sake of making peace, why wouldn't you do it? just my 2 cents...forgive me if i offended anyone by my speech.
