I got some stuff a couple days ago from e.l.f cosmetics and thought i'd tell u guys bout them here!
Here's what i got...
e.l.f eyeshadow brush
e.l.f blending brush
e.l.f defining eye brush
e.l.f brightening eye color in ivy
e.l.f brightening eye color in silver lining
e.l.f brightening eye color in butternut
e.l.f is a really nice and very inexpensive brand of makeup, not all their products work great (been reading reviews) but a lot of them rock. I absolutely love their brushes, they are soo soft and they don't shed, and they work really well mashAllah. I only tried the 3 eye brushes tho. Also some of the lighter colors in the eyeshadow quads don't show up very well but if you use a primer or a base it'll work :) i would definitely recommend these products. I chose the purple, brown, and green quads because those colors look nice on brown eyes, and medium/light-olive skin (I've been reading), but they have other colors too.

im 19 and had never put on a makeup before, so all the brushes look the same to me. i will always shutup in make-up conversations cos i dont understand the language lol
omg I love u! I just went on their website and alhamdullilah its something i can actually afford! :)
I just ordered three eye shadows and two brushes (two of the same eye shadow and two of the same brushes as a gift to the MIL. I'll let you know how it turns out :)
@Qistina- lol i was like that too, but if you remember when i first started this blog i made a post about makeup and how i dont know the slightest thing bout it, and if you guys have any recommendations, well i think its been like 3 months already and i've been reading, watching vids and tutorials and trying out the stuff myself, at first when i finished a look i'd look like a clown wallahi lol, but after ALOT of practice alhamduLilah i can now say i like wat i do :) anyway i will be doing a post soon inshAllah about books, and youtube channels i recommend if your still starting out with makeup so if ur interested just wait for that inshAllah.
@AlabasterMuslim- alhamduLilah habibti, i now its hard to find good quality makeup for a low price sometimes, but i'm telling you this brand is really nice.

I never tried this brand before but after reading this I definitely will!
Oh and when I was 19 I didn't know much about makeup but with time and watching youtube you will learn lol.

I absolutely love the quality of e.l.f masha'Allah. Amazing and affordable. You can call it a^2. Cheesy, most definitely. Loving the blog sister, mA.

Update: Actually you are a lifesaver :) Thanks for doing this post and review!! I use all MAC and Estee Lauder products but their brushes are between £30-£40 each here (so like $70) and I didn't really want to update my old brush collection with such expensive items. I've just googled ELF and other people like their brushes - I've just order the eyeshadow, defining and blending eyebrushes + the blusher brush. THANK YOU I've really been looking for something like this and your review has really helped!

ive been reading a few reviews on e.l.f products, thank you for this! ive been meaning to get some brushes for a while, think i will giv it a try...as soon as payday comes around :P
