Dua for when looking in the mirror:
اللهم كما حسنت خلقي فحسن خلقي
"Allahumma kama hasanta khalqi fahassin khuluqi"
“Oh Allah! As you have beautified my outward appearance, then beautify my inward appearance (character)”
EDIT: a good way to remember this is to write it on a piece of paper and tape it next to your mirrors, that way it'll be right there every time.

The way I have seen this dua is slightly diff but a good reminder nonetheless.

I love this du'a. I actually have a list of du'a I want to memorize this summer and that was one of them. When I lived with my parents, I used to put duas on an index card and place them all around the house. It becomes such a habit and once you do it for awhile, it never leaves you Subhanallah!
